To have an effective cooperation, the Client and DTK Consulting ought to follow the steps below.
- The Client have a clear job design, best in the form of a Job Description - JD (see a sample). DTK Consulting can contribute to this. Also, an organigram and a brief company profile would be of high use. If a JD is not yet available, DTK Consulting will use the generic JD for recruitment.
- An agreement/contract or MOU is signed between the Client and DTK Consulting (for filing/legal compliance in external context). However, because DTK Consulting works within its strategic network, for simple “project” (say one or some posts for one work base), a verbal order would be fine.
- DTK Consulting will, using the “head-hunting black box”, search for the right candidates (the most matching ones). This includes the assessment process (by various forms – our candidates can list 5-6 forms they have experienced with us). Here we really care about the improvement of the “technology” of the “black box”.
- For each vacancy, DTK Consulting introduces 1-3 qualified/potential candidates, depends on position and level, together with CV/Application Form and Assessment to the Client.
- A soon as possible, and normally within 5 working days, the Clients reviews the candidate’s profile and contact them for further assessment/final interview. It is important, to avoid losing opportunities for all parties.
- The Client gives feedback to DTK Consulting on each candidate interviewed (selected or not; if not selected, a reason would be highly appreciated – we know any “pillar” of the candidate profile may not be strong enough under the Client’s tests).
DTK Consulting will send The Quotation to the potential Client via email or fax. Specific terms and conditions can be negotiated, based on the relevant context.
