b- For those foreign companies without a base in Vietnam, we can act as a Representative for the client, and that in communications, marketing and business negotiation with the local companies in the industry.
c- We can think of other forms of cooperation as the client suggests.
Once the potential client selects the most fitting option as listed above, then we can work further on the terms and provisions of the cooperation contract.
