This English version is prepared for the companies who have participated in the MTA Vietnam 2008 Exhibition.
To the Representatives from Companies - Participants at MTA Vietnam 2008 Exhibition.
As an HR Consulting company, DTK Consulting is interested in this event from human resource aspect. It it necessary to mention that the Company Director, Mr Dao Trong Khang, has his first background in mechanical engineering. (Mr Khang graduated from Machines Faculty, Slovak Technique University in Bratislava in 1985).
We have visited the Exhibition with the following objectives:
1. To have an update on mechanical engineering in the field of machines production, and see how other machine producers in the world are interested and involve in the Vietnam market.
2. To have an updated view on the requirements for people who operate these modern machines. This relates to technical high education and vocational training in Vietnam.
3. To explore the possibilities of networking/cooperating with leading companies in this field (machine production), from human resource aspects, and other potential ones.
We would like to thank the companies who have contacted us after the Exhibition had been completed and hope, though we are not the direct customers (machine buyers) of them, we still can cooperate with them in other ways, especially in fields relating to (Vietnam) human resources who involve in the production, operation, trading of these machines. We wish them continuing success in their business.
