2012 is the 4th year the Vietnam HR Day is organised, this time with the main topic ‘Quality of Leadership in Vietnamese Enterprises’. DTK Consulting’s director is a member of the Organisation Board and a coordinator for the Event’s Book. One of the authors for the Event’s Book is Ms. Vu Hong Chau, who is a senior student in National Economic University (NEU). In this article, Ms Chau wrote about her impressions after attending the Vietnam HR Day 2012.
